In early 1946, James Leahy and Herbert Wolf joined forces to supply fuel to homes and businesses throughout the Chicago-land area. Foreseeing the future, they specialized in petroleum products.


Soon, they were innovating lubricants for the volatile road construction business. Their combined knowledge of fuels, machinery, extreme climate conditions, and relentless productivity requirements established the Leahy-Wolf team as leading innovators in the lubricant world.


With an industrial chemistry degree, Keanan Leahy grew up with first-hand knowledge of the lubricant business. Like his grandfather and father before him, Keanan’s goals are to provide customers the “best value” products and services available in the marketplace.
